We encourage you to fully inspect the item prior the removal of our premises as to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the same packaging.
Therefore, if an item is purchased unassembled, once it’s assembled or taken out of the packaging, we can’t offer refund.
Our policy lasts 3 days. Which means if you have any issues with the purchased item (that wasn’t mentioned in the product’s description) you must get in contact with us within 3 days.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, without that we can’t process your return/refund request.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
